Looking for a fun way to stay active, compete, and connect with others in the community? Join our Adult Flag Football League and enjoy the excitement of football in a fast-paced, non-contact format. Whether you’re a former athlete or just looking to try something new, this league offers a great balance of competition, fitness, and fun.

Teams will compete each week in a structured league designed for adults who love the game and want to stay involved without the physical demands of tackle football. It’s a great opportunity to get outside, stay active, and enjoy some friendly competition.

Our Adult Flag Football League is open to all participants ages 18 and older. Grab a group of friends and form a team or sign up as a free agent and we’ll do our best to place you on a roster.

Gamedays: Fridays at 5pm at Duneland Family YMCA Healthy Living Campus (651 W Morgan Ave. Chesterton) Porter Ave. Fields

Dates: October 16th, 23rd, 30th and November 6th, 13th 

Come compete, stay active, and enjoy the game while meeting new people and building friendships along the way. Teams will consist of 10 players ages 18 and up.
