Once you purchase, a member of our Healthy Living department will contact you to schedule your appointment. The initial scan takes about 20 minutes, during which we’ll create your account and explain all the measurements. For the most accurate results, we recommend being fasted overnight and avoiding exercise for at least 12 hours beforehand. At minimum, please observe a 4-hour fast and ensure your body is well-rested for 12 hours prior to the scan.
