Want to increase your performance level, no matter the sport, our Youth Strength and Conditioning is taught by the knowledgeable, skilled, and seasoned trainer, Demetrius Clark, that help will take young athletes to that next level of performance.

Location: Duneland YMCA
Day & Time: Wednesdays – 4:00-5:00pm
Session Info: 6-weeks, January 3 – February 7
Program Attire: Comfortable clothes, workout clothes, T-Shirt, Shorts etc..
Other Important Details: Program reminder emails will begin going out soon after sign-ups end. The email will be sent to the e-mail address on file for the participant to be registered, so please make sure it is up to date.
