Fall Youth Soccer League
The ‘beautiful game’ lives at the Y! Youth Soccer puts the “fun” in fundamentals while giving kids the chance to develop their skills, confidence, and teamwork.
Our Youth Fall Outdoor Soccer League is open to all youth ages 3-14 years old. We will offer four different age divisions: Ages (3-4), (5-7), (8-10) and (11-14)
It’s a great opportunity for your children to compete in a semi-competitive soccer league.
In our 8-10 and 11-14 age divisions, standings will be kept, and we will have a season ending tournament with awards given to the 1st and 2nd place finishers.
Be Part of an organization-wide soccer league that gives members the ultimate soccer league experience. Multiple Organizations will be participating, allowing your children a vast array of competition.
Our league will consist of teams from Duneland YMCA, Valparaiso, South Haven, Portage, and Duneland Boys & Girls Clubs, along with Portage YMCA.
At the YMCA, all of our youth sports coaches are volunteers. If you would like to make a positive impact in a young person’s life, please consider volunteering. Contact CJ Peters at [email protected] to volunteer. Participating families will receive $10 off for volunteering their time to coach!
Team placement emails will begin going out after sign-ups end. The email will be sent to the email address on file for the participant to be registered, so please make sure it is up to date.

Practice Details: Are held 45 minutes before their scheduled game time. Practices begin September 7
Game Details: Games will be held on Saturdays, with teams playing a 6-week game schedule from September 7 – October 12. Game dates will be September 7, 14, 2, 28 October 5, 12 (Medal Day)

Location: Northwest Health Fields or Chesterton Middle School (Practices). Game locations will rotate Between Chesterton and Valparaiso locations.
Practice Details: Practice once during the week, typically from 5-6pm or 5:30-6:30pm. Practices begin the week of August 26
Game Details: Games will be held on Saturdays, with teams playing a 6-week game schedule from September 7 – October 12. Along with a season ending tournament on October 19. Regular season game dates will be September 7, 14, 21, 28 Oct 5, 12. Tournament October 19. Teams will play against other local Boys & Girls Club teams.
Other Important Details: This league is designed as a Travel/Combo soccer League, which will have teams from the Duneland YMCA, Valparaiso, South Haven, Portage and Duneland Boys & Girls Clubs, along with the Portage YMCA. All games will be played on Saturdays and game locations will rotate Between Chesterton and Valparaiso locations.
