BODYCOMBAT™ is a no-contact fitness program where you learn to kick and punch. This class draws from a variety of martial arts like karate, tae kwon do, boxing, Capoeira, and kickboxing. Your instructor will lead you through this 30–45 minute workout, along with powerful music to keep you going.

We don’t recommend BODYCOMBAT™ during pregnancy. The release of hormones such as oestrogen and relaxin can result in joints being less stable—so the kicks in BODYCOMBAT™ may aggravate the hip and pelvis. Always be sure to consult your physician about your personal exercise limitations and needs.
How many times a week should I do BODYCOMBAT™? For best results, we recommend you do BODYCOMBAT™ two to three times per week.
What do I need to bring with me? All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle, and a sweat towel.
