HIIT & RUN

Not just for runners! This ultimate calorie-burning workout involves high intensity interval training (HIIT) for the entire body using treadmills, bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, bands and more. A nice blend of 50% strength and 50% cardio with something for everyone!! Is low-impact training your only option? No worries. Modifications for all movements will be provided.
