BodyCombat™ features a science-backed combo of some of the most empowering and effective martial arts moves. This high-intensity, full body workout incorporates aspects of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics. It is a type of cardio peak training, which is a combination of steady and high-intensity exercise all in 30/45 & 55 mins. format options.
LES MILLS CORE is a scientific core workout that uses athletic training principles to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core. Increase core strength, tone your abs, back, glutes and legs, improve posture and balance, assist injury prevention, improve sports performance and become better at everything you do all with the use of resistance bands and weights in this 30 min class.
