When I’m not training or teaching a group fitness class, I enjoy mountain biking, horseback riding, making jewelry, sewing, and photography.

My goal is to help all my clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their quality of life through personal fitness. I use skilled teaching methods and exercise techniques that motivates practice for personal responsibility to achieving enhanced well-being and self confidence.
