DEMETRIUS CLARK

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification
  • Has been personal training for 8 years
  • Served 8 years in the US Navy
  • Currently enrolled at United States Sports Academy for a degree in sports coaching
ABOUT ME:

I graduated from Merrillville High School in 2000. I currently work as the Ridgewood High School Boys and Girls Assistant Track Coach. I also coach track and field and cross country at Hanover Central Middle School, Plainfield South High School, and Andrean High School. When I’m not training or coaching, I enjoy exercise, escape rooms, bowling, and movies.

ABOUT ME:

I have 3 kids, a loving husband and a lab mix dog named Karl. I love nature, especially the rain and hiking at the Indiana Dunes. I like extreme challenges but I’m also accident prone. Helping people be the best version of themselves is what makes me smile.

Assessment of goals and body mechanics. I create a personalized program that works best to help you achieve your goals using purposeful exercises for the mind and body.  We will also have a lot of laughter and fun on your journey to being better than you were the day before.

When I’m not training or teaching a group fitness class, I enjoy mountain biking, horseback riding, making jewelry, sewing, and photography.
