Mission

The Duneland Family YMCA Early Childhood Development Program is devised of a staff made of cutting edge professionals who are dedicated to quality childcare by providing young children with creative learning experiences rooted in early childhood theory and practice. Our program is designed to provide an environment that is safe, caring and respectful of each child and his or her family while supporting each child's unique social, emotional, intellectual, creative, physical and developmental growth. We try to teach and expose children ages 2-5 in preschool activities (writing, phonics) to help kids be ready for kindergarten.

The Duneland Family YMCA Early Childhood Development Program is dedicated to improving and enhancing the life of the Duneland community not only through the provision of excellent childcare, but also in our ongoing support of parents and the parenting process. We are firm in our belief that it takes a community to raise a child.

Childcare Fees for children 6 weeks to 5 years

• The cost of Registration is $100 per child(multiple child discount is not applicable). Weekly rates are 25% off for the 2nd child, 15% off each additional child.
• Fees are to be paid one week in advance. This is a tuition based program.
• Please visit our facility for a tour and to inquire about availability in your child's age group as each room has a limited number of spots.

School Closure and Delay Information

If Duneland Schools experience a delay, closure, or early dismissal that is weather related the Preschool Care Programs will remain open unless otherwise notified. If the Preschool closes due to weather the cancellation will be posted on www.cancelations.com by 5:30am.
