Welcome to the Duneland Family YMCA 2010 “No more excuses…” Fitness Challenge. Congratulations, you have just taken the first step to becoming a healthier you! The easiest part of this challenge is making the decision necessary to make a change from an unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy one.

Rick has extensive experience, including:

  • 45 years as an athlete
  • 35 years of coaching
  • 27 years as a trainer
  • 50 years as a student of human behavior

Penny Bigger

Penny specializes in pilates and is trained to assist with rehabilitation of
clients with hip and knee replacements. She is the only only pilates reformer trainer in northwest indiana.
