A circuit class that is made to push you in both strength and cardio. This class is also for everyone and modifications will be offered.
Pilates focus is first on developing strength through the core of the body--the back, abdomen and hips. This provides a foundation to continue working the rest of the body. The concentration is not only on strength but also flexibility and coordination.

A great STEP class done with the Reebok Step. Also includes weights and can be done without the use of a STEP for the beginner student.
An interval class of strength and cardio. Different stations are used to teach this class and modifications are shown.
Walk/ball is a speed walking class that goes outdoors and walks different routes through town then ends up back at the YMCA to do some core and strength exercises.
A great way to start off your week. Stretching and toning, mat work included.
A class set to teach a variety of dance routines that are used in other fitness classes at the YMCA. This class will break down the moves and teach step by step to give you the upper hand in other fitness classes.
Zumba Pumped is a class for experienced Zumba participants. In this class we do much less cueing and use a faster music selection. There are very few breaks between songs so you get a great workout will less interruptions.
Great cardio workout set to international music from Latin to Hip Hop. You’ll have so much FUN, you’ll forget that you’re actually working out! Dance like no one is watching!! Interval is done with adding weight and band segments to get a whole body workout!
