                            August Class Descriptions                        

 

YB FIT-   A great way to start off your week.  Stretching and toning, matt work

included.

STEP- A great cardio workout using the Reebok Step.  Modifications are shown throughout the class.

SENIOR FITNESS- Lead by our Senior Instructor Florence. This class will work your body and also make you feel great!    

BOOT CAMP- In this class you will be pushed to work hard physically and mentally.  This is a great full body workout; in this we target Cardio and Strength Training.  GOOD LUCK!

50/50- Here you will get the best of worlds, weights and cardio, matt work included.

ZUMBA and ZUMBA INTERVAL- You will hear international music from Latin to Hip Hop.  The instructors will keep you moving and shaking it from start to finish!  Interval is done with adding weight and band segments to get a whole body workout!

STRENGTH-TONING- Bring your muscles to this class… all weight training and core work!

HARD CORE- Focus on all the major muscle groups and also some cardio.  Many exercises in this class are challenging and can be modified; the instructor will be checking form and giving options throughout the class.  

INDOOR SPIN- This class is not on the schedule currently but will be starting again soon!

PILATES PLUS- This is a fee based class that will run for 6 weeks starting August 5th.  Classes offered Tues 8-9am, Thurs 5:30-6:30pm and Saturday morning from 10-11am.  See member service desk for registration.
