Rent the YMCA
Do you need somewhere to host your next event? The Duneland Family YMCA may have what you are looking for.
Rental Information
A Security Deposit of $100.00 must be given to the YMCA to insure the date of your rental agreement. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental agreement as long as everything remains in the condition in which the YMCA gave it to you. Your payment for the rental must be paid two days prior to the date of your rental or the agreement will be voided and the date will no longer be reserved for you and your party. To set up a lease agreement, please come to the front desk Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:30a.m. and 10:00a.m. and speak with Mike Boukis.

Rental Rules and Regulations
The Duneland Family YMCA's core values are Caring, Respect, Responsibility and Honesty. Plese use these core values while you are in our facility by using appropriate language and behavior.
The YMCA assures no responsibility for personal belonging on the premises. The YMCA will not be responsible for injuries, damages, or claims that may be incurred by a member of the rental group arising through no fault of the YMCA. It is to be understood that the YMCA liability insurance is for the expressed purpose of protecting the YMCA. It does not insure non YMCA groups using the facility against claims for injury or property loss arising out of such group's own actions/negligence.
Cancelation Policy
If you cannot come on your party date, you will need to give a one week notice for a full refund, and if possible choose another available date for the party to be held.
