Meet Our Personal Trainers!

Rick Lewis

With 45 years as an athlete, 35 yeas as a coach, 27 years as a trainer, and 50 years as a student of human behavior Rick has been able to take his life experiences and help shape the lives of others. He is a personal trainer with a focus in program design, implementation, and logistics. Over the years, Rick has participated in The National Federation Interscholastic Coaches Education Program, American Coaching Effectiveness Program, National Federation of Coaches, and was inducted into the Kentucky State University Sports Hall of Fame in 2005. Chris Brandt

Chris has 18 years of experience as a Group Fitness Instructor. Chris's focus is mainly on the sedentary or moderately fit individual wanting to boost their overall fitness level. She has certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Pilates, and CPR/AED & First Aid. Through her experience in fitness Chris believes, "Everyone can find at least one activity they like to do-even if it is walking the dog or swimming with the kids-it's all about stayin active, consistently." Penny Bigger

Penny Specializes in Pilates and is trained to assist with rehabilitation of clients with hip and knee replacements. She is the only pilates reformer trainer in Northwest Indiana. With ten years of experience, Penny has acquired several certificates including SCW Group Fitness Certification, SCW Weight management Certification, SCW Pilates Reformer Personal Trainer Certification, Balanced Body Foot and Ankle Placement Certification, just to name a few. Vicky Stevers

With 13 years experience, Vicky specializes in Personal Training and TRX Suspension Training. She teaches a wide array of classes from Pilates and Zumba to Strength and Senior Fitness. She is a Red Cross Trainer for Porter County, a group fitness instructor of the YMCA of the USA, and Zumba Certified in B1 and B2 since 2007.
