AEROBICS

30 minutes of dancing to rock-.n-roll for a great cardio workout followed by 30 minutes of strengthening exercises with weights, tubs, or stability ball.

J-Bomb's Cardio Mix

J-BOMB'S CARDIO MIX

A total body work out consisting of 40 minutes of floor aerobics to upbeat and motivating music and 20 minutes of resistance training with hand weights, tubes, and stability balls. Class will end with a cool down and stretching.

Instruction on sparring, grappling and stand up fighting techniques. (Paid Class)

Pilates

Pilates

45 minutes of mat work with optional apparatus (i.e. bands, stability balls, tubes, etc.) to develop core strength, flexibility and balance.

PILATES/STRENGTH

30 minutes of mat work with optional apparatus (i.e. bands and stability ball) to develop core strength, flexibility and balance while stretching and toning muscles followed by 30 minutes of weights or other resistance equipment to build and tone muscles.

Senior Fitness

Total body workout including cardio (such as walking, marching and dancing), strengthening with bands, weights and wall exercises, and flexibility through Tai Chi and stretching. All ages welcome.

Spin

60 minutes of pedaling stationary bicycles at various speeds to upbeat music.

Strength and Toning

STRENGTH & TONING

Brief warm up followed by training with weights, body resistance and ab work, ending with stretching.

Sweat Box

SWEAT BOX

A fusion of kickboxing combinations and other mixed martial arts movements. This
class is designed to be a fantastic cardio workout with every fitness level in mind.

Y-B Fit

Y-B FIT

Brief warm up followed by some standing strength work with weights, light cardio and more strength exercises on the floor. Class ends with an extended cool down emphasizing flexibility.

Yoga

Yoga

Hatha style Yoga that focuses on the art of breathing, balance, strength, flexibility and meditation to achieve peacefulness of body and mind, helping you relax and manage stress and anxiety.

Zumba

ZUMBA

60 minute cardio workout set to international music from Latin to Hop Hop using traditional dance moves such as the mambo and salsa. No experience necessary to have the most FUN you've ever had while exercising.

45 minute instructional, kid-friendly Zumba program taught by Amy Tannish, certified Zumba and Zumbatomic instructor. (Paid class)

Same great 60 minute cardio workout as Zumba, but ending with 15 minutes of added strength work using hand weights, lunges/squats, and ab work.
